C.U.FR.OL.’s extra virgin olive oil produced exclusively with 100% Italian olives, guarantees high quality standards, by means of the careful selection of the incoming oils and a careful monitoring of the conditions in which the olives are processed.
Ou aim is that of minimising the alteration processes of the oil (acidity, oxidation). This is done by carefully selecting the terrain on which the olives are grown, the varieties of olives used and by bottling in dark glass bottles in order to guarantee proper conservation of the finished product.

The terrain is of a clayey limestone texture which helps produce an oil rich in polyhydric phenols; the dominant olive variety is the “Muraoiolo”, a small olive which produces one of the most aromatic, fruity oils rich in antioxidants.
Our high quality has been acknowledged by our winning prestigious national and international prizes such as the Ercole Olivario Award.
