 C.U.FR.OL. gains membership to ITCA International Flight Catering Association, the prestigious international association established as a forum and representative body for all companies involved in the inflight and railway catering industry: airlines, train operators, caterers and suppliers of products and equipment.

“L’OLIO E’ MOBILE” - January 2005
 C.U.FR.OL. invests in an innovative idea, that of a “Mobile Restaurant” - a custom designed truck with professional onboard kitchen. Its aim is to promote, by bringing directly to you, typical Umbrian gastronomy delights both with its restaurant and with specially designated areas for the purchase of local products.
This articulated lorry will participate at fairs across Italy and Europe with a precise objective: that of promoting the City of Nursia and of the region of Umbria as a whole, preparing typical Umbrian dishes, with the help of the Hotel management School of Spoleto, naturally using C.U.FR.OL.’s fine extra virgin olive oil.
