 Situated next to the famous Clitunno springs, in the heart of Umbria, the “Tesori dell’Umbria” or “The Treasures of Umbria” restaurant, belonging to the Gradassi family, co-founders of C.U.FR.OL., offers a typically Umbrian cuisine – simply and genuine.
 Situated in what used to be a mechanic’s garage, the Agriristoro offers a friendly atmosphere where you may taste typical Umbrian dishes such as: strangozzi pasta with a typical sauce from Spoleto, omelette with black truffle from Nursia, DOP certified meats prepared in front of you on the large fireplace which dominates the main room.
All the ingredients are carefully selected and here you may also enjoy bruschette with the Frantoio Gradassi extra virgin olive oil as well as various local wines including the Rosso and Sagrantino di Montefalco.
