The CUFROL BIO extra virgin olive oil from Organic Farming is obtained from the best selection of organic olives from central Italy carefully chosen by Tiziano and certified by the Istituto Mediterraneo di Certifcazione. The olive are picked and rapidly cold extracted.

Ground: stony limestone soil in a sunny position, hilly Mediterranean climate with cold winters and hot, dry summers
Characteristics: emerald green with hints of gold, pleasantly bitter, strong character aroma of mature olive with a slightly almond after taste
Organoleptic features: free acidity in oleic acid no more than 0,55%. N° Peroxides no more than 12. N° Polyhydric Phenols between 150-200. Oleic Acid 75-79.
