MEDIUM STRONG FRUITY FLAVOUR
The CUFROL BLU DOP Umbra Colli Martani extra virgin olive oil is carefully selected by Carlo and Tiziano. The olives of Frantoio, Leccino, San Felice, Moraiolo (no more than 20%) and other varieties, are hand picked before they reach full maturity on the rocky terrains surrounding the medieval hilltop towns of Montefalco and Todi in the region of Umbria, known as the Green Heart of Italy, and rapidly cold extracted.
This extra virgin olive oil, rich in natural vitamins is a fundamental ingredient of the Mediterranean diet and it is particularly suited to dress fish, white meats, first dishes, plain risotti, legumes.
