CUFROL L'ITALIANO


L’ITALIANO extra virgin olive oil is a blend of extra virgin olive oils from central and south of Italy (rigorously from 100% Italian olives) carefully selected by Frantoi Oleari.

An extra virgin olive oil with a delicate and slightly sweet taste which recalls the mature fruit, ideal for foods, such as grilled fish and white meats, where the oil must not dominate.

We suggest to use this extra virgin olive oil for the cooking of any kind of food in so much as it has a very high burning point.

Its high yield means that one can save on the quantities used and hence this product has an excellent quality price ratio.

Organoleptic features: free acidity in oleic acid no more than 0,50 %. N° Peroxides no more than 13. N° Polyhydric Phenols between 150-200. Oleic Acid 74-78.
