CUFROL NOBILIS extra virgin olive oil is obtained from selected 100% Italian olives.

An extra virgin olive oil with a light fruity taste and delicate aroma ideal for the preparation of fine dishes. This extra virgin olive oil is used by some of the most renowned chefs of the Italian cuisine.




Organoleptic features: free acidity in oleic acid no more than 0,50 %. N° Peroxides no more than 12. N° Polyhydric Phenols between 150-200. Oleic Acid 75-77.
