C.U.FR.OL. presents Olio di Casa Mia, a product with strong links to the farming tradition, hence the rustic packaging, the typical Italian flask.
This in an unfiltered extra virgin olive oil of superior quality extracted exclusively from Italian olives and is particularly suited to dress grilled meats, legume soups, salads and bruschetta.
Ground: stony limestone soil
Characteristics: intense green, fresh bouquet and fruity aroma which recalls the freshly pressed olives with a slightly bitter after taste
Organoleptic features: free acidity in oleic acid no more than 0,5 %. N° Peroxides no more than 12. N° Polyhydric Phenols between 200-250. Oleic Acid 75-79.
