RICH FLAVOUR
The CUFROL ORO extra virgin olives oil is obtained from a selection of the best olives from Central Italy, carefully selected by Tiziano. The olives are picked and rapidly cold extracted.
A full bodied and rich flavoured product, fundamental ingredient of the Mediterranean diet is particularly suited to dress vegetables, bruschetta, soups and meats.
Ground: stony limestone soil in a sunny position, hilly Mediterranean climate with cold winters and hot, dry summers
Characteristics: emerald green with hints of gold, pleasantly bitter, strong character aroma of mature olive with a slightly almond after taste
Organoleptic features: free acidity in oleic acid no more than 0,50%. N° Peroxides no more than 12. N° Polyhydric Phenols between 150-200. Oleic Acid 75-79.
