MEDIUM FRUITY FLAVOUR
The CUFROL PLATINO DOP Umbra Colli Orvietani extra virgin olive oil is carefully selected by Carlo and Tiziano. The olives of Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and other varieties, are hand picked on the fertile terrains surrounding the rocky outcrop on which perched the medieval town of Orvieto in the region of Umbria, known as the Green Heart of Italy, and rapidly cold extracted.
This extra virgin olive oil, rich in natural vitamins is a fundamental ingredient of the Mediterranean diet and it is particularly suited to dress mixed salads, fish and roasted white meats and bruschetta.
