STRONG FRUITY FLAVOUR
The CUFROL ROSSA DOP Umbra Colli Assisi Spoleto extra virgin olive oil is carefully selected by Carlo and Tiziano. The olives of Moraiolo (no less than 60%) Frantoio, Leccino and other varieties, are hand picked on the rocky terrains surrounding the medieval hilltop towns of Assisi and Spoleto in the region of Umbria, known as the Green Heart of Italy, and rapidly cold extracted.
This extra virgin olive oil, rich in natural vitamins is a fundamental ingredient of the Mediterranean diet and it is particularly suited to dress roasted red meats, bruschetta and vegetable soups.
